SMALLER RESEARCH STUDY ON SOUTH-SOUTH COOPERATION
Based on the World Bank Trust Fund for South-South Cooperation, to which Denmark contributed in establishing in 2008, this smaller research study focuses on the role of new development partners – such as China, India and Brazil - and their influence on the international development agenda.
The study describes how these new development partners provide development assistance and what their interests are, but also how Danish authorities can work to enhance the cooperation with them in the developing countries in an effort to promote the aid effectiveness agenda.
